Abstract:  This project aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of L'Oréal's performance within the skincare sector. L'Oréal, as a prominent player in the beauty industry, has a significant presence in skincare products, ranging from moisturizers and serums to cleansers and sunscreens. The analytical approach involves assessing various key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate L'Oréal's market share, revenue growth, profitability, product innovation, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods, the project will examine financial reports, market research data, consumer feedback, and competitor analysis to gain insights into L'Oréal's competitive advantage and areas for improvement.
