AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) is a global semiconductor company that designs high-performance CPUs, GPUs, and AI chips for PCs, data centers, and gaming.

Where does AMD source their chips from?
AMD designs its chips but outsources manufacturing mainly to TSMC in Taiwan (and its new fab in Arizona), with some older products still made by GlobalFoundries.
