• Of course they will look for reliability when selecting a supplier because of how many phones they need to provide to customers. 
• They will search for a good cost as they of course strive to save money where they can.
• They will also make sure they're still able to deliver their top notch quality to their customers.

Managing risk for Apple

• In this project I will provide plenty of data which could be used by Apple, if not already.
• Apple can use this data to make sure they solidify the right suppliers.

Criteria for selecting a supplier...

• As I previously mentioned, Apple will be looking to maximizing their profit margin by finding a lower cost from comparing suppliers.
• They will also strive for reliability.
• Quality of the production and supply chain will also be important when selecting a supplier.

• Intel Corp.
• Broadcom Inc.

Supplier Recommendations for Apple

• I would be willing to suggest any of these three companies to Apple.
• NVIDIA, Intel, and Broadcom would all be suitable suppliers
• I would also even suggest possibly going in with multiple of them or even all three at once. Moves like this could help Apple cut costs and further increase their profit margin.
